Happier at Home Pet Sitting, LLC is a boutique, in-home pet sitting service that affords our clients the luxury of worry free travel.

The company’s founder, MarieElena McGonigle, has spent her entire life caring and nurturing animals. Beginning in high school, she would often care for the pets of families whose children she also babysat. Her clients refer to her as the cat/dog whisperer and she has never met a pet that does not love her and whom she cannot connect with instantly.

Upon graduating from college, MarieElena, broadened her services and began walking and boarding cats and dogs in various areas of Long Island and New York City’s 5 boroughs. She found that in most cases, animals are happier in their own home environment. With this discovery, came her dream job — working with dogs, cats, and sometimes other animals, in their home environment, when their parents go out of town.

Happier at Home Pet Sitting is based in Sun Valley, Idaho, New York City, and Long Island, New York.
