Our Services:

All of our services are tailored to the client’s request and the needs of their fur babies.

  • Before we can schedule you and your fur baby services, we need to meet for a complimentary in home consultation. Specific details regarding the “meet & sniff” are further explained in our FAQ section.

  • Please note that you must have an established relationship with a local vet for your cat or dog and a method of payment on file prior to a complimentary consultation with us.

  • Overnight stay in client’s home: $125 for one dog, $25 each additional dog.

  • Cat pricing based on specific services requested, a basic drop in for feeding, litter change and loving starts at $35.

  • Drop in to walk or feed: $40 for one hour.

  • Rates for walks vary, rates start at $40.

Our cancellation policy, as also outlined in our contract:

  • We require a $75 deposit at the time of booking, which will be applied to our stay.

  • Half of the total amount of the stay is due 3 weeks prior to the beginning of the confirmed start date.

  • If a cancellation is needed, a refund of 50% will be granted within 14 days of your trip.

  • However, no refunds will be granted for cancellations within 7 days of your trip.

Services do not include:

  • Watering house plants, tending the garden or any other household tasks not pertaining directly to your fur baby.

  • Purchasing any food or other supplies for your fur baby. Everything the sitter needs must be on site upon arrival.

  • Working with contractors or supervising any other staff while you are away.

  • Transportation to the vet or groomer while you are away.
